What's a UX content designer, anyway?
I make sure people get the information they need from digital and physical experiences in clear and human ways.
Since 2010, I've helped redesign digital experiences for nonprofits and large companies alike, written UI copy across multiple digital products, structured information so it's clear and easy to find, set brand standards for how to talk and what to say, designed modular content systems, built and grown teams, and a whole lot more. These days, I'm leading the UX Content Strategy team for Capital One Consumer Bank, and sitting on our Bank Design team’s overall leadership alongside some incredibly smart and wonderful people.
I live in Brooklyn (though I’ll identify as a Midwesterner until the day I die) and spend my off-hours traveling the world with my husband, hunching over a pottery wheel, cooking (but never baking), and organizing everything around me by color.
