What's a UX content designer, anyway?
I make sure people get the information they need from digital and physical experiences in clear and human ways.
Since 2010, I've helped redesign websites for nonprofits and large companies alike, written UI copy across multiple digital products, structured information so it's clear and easy to find, set brand standards for how to talk and what to say, designed modular content systems, and a whole lot more. These days, I'm designing conversations at Capital One alongside a group of truly wonderful people, and I couldn't be more happy about it.
I'm also a color-loving Brooklynite (via the great Midwest) who spends her off-hours traveling, hunching over a pottery wheel, cooking (but never baking), and organizing everything around me by color.
